PT Sriwijaya Mandiri Sumatera Selatan (Srimas) was established based on South Sumatra Provincial Regulation Number 5 of 2016, dated March 15, 2016, concerning the Establishment of the Sriwijaya Mandiri South Sumatra Limited Liability Company; South Sumatra Provincial Regulation Number 13 of 2016, dated November 3, 2016, concerning Amendments to Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2016, concerning the Establishment of the Sriwijaya Mandiri South Sumatra Limited Liability Company; and Regional Regulation Number 11 of 2017, dated July 1, 2017, concerning the Second Amendment to Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2016, concerning the Establishment of the Sriwijaya Mandiri South Sumatra Limited Liability Company. The latest amendment was made by Notary Deed Number 13 of Yandes Effriady, SH, dated February 12, 2020, concerning the Statement of Shareholders’ Decision of the Sriwijaya Mandiri South Sumatra Limited Liability Company.

PT SRIMAS is a regionally-owned enterprise engaged in coal transportation services in the South Sumatra Province and container rental. PT Srimas’ Business Development Efforts that have been carried out include the development of the Special Economic Zone into a B3 Waste Management Business for Used Oil and B3 Medical Waste Processing from Health Service Facilities (Fasyankes) located in Tanjung Api-Api.
